One Day to Go! {18 weeks and 2 Days}

Hello My Little Mango!

Here we are, ONE day away from finding out what you are!!
We are so excited and so nervous.
Your Mame and PawPaw are coming in town so we can celebrate.
Mame has her car loaded down with food for your party.
It seems like just a few weeks ago that we found out about you and
now we are almost halfway to June 30!

So tomorrow after Daddy and I visit the doctor we are going
shopping for your little nursery!
I can't wait to pick out your teeny clothes.
Mommy has everything already picked out for you
on Pinterest and I may or may not have already registered!!
Wanna see some of your things I picked out?
Your Crib- Honey is ordering it today!
This is your travel system we like- still haven't decided on color yet.

I would love this quote painted somewhere in your room- of course we would swap wording
if we needed to!

This is from Mommy's new favorite movie- I want to frame
this for your nursery.

These are the curtain we want to make for you. I also really like the color.

Here are your first pair of moccasins!

If you are a boy, Mommy likes these colors for you room.
I may add more color for you to look at though.

Anyway...

So there you have it!
There is a collaboration of some of Mommy's
favorite things for you.
I'm sure by tomorrow I will have a completely
different list of ideas for your room!

I love you so much.
I can't wait to see your sweet little face tomorrow.

Love,
Momma

New Clothes & New Friends

Good morning sweet baby!

Yesterday was a very exciting day!
Mommy and Daddy's friends, Mr. Charley and Mrs. Brittney had their baby, Oliver.
Before we went to go meet him, your Honey and I went to Target to get some clothes and diapers
for baby Oliver and I also got you a little treat!
In case you are Olivia:

Isn't it cute?!
If you are not Olivia, don't worry- your closet has plenty of boy clothes thanks to Grams and Honey.

Here is a picture of little Oliver:

He is one of the most beautiful newborns I have ever seen.
I can't wait for you two to meet and be friends!

Today Mommy is really tired.
I think that means you are growing a LOT right now.
Know what else?
Mommy's belly button has started to flatten out. Ew.
Sort of weird seeing all these new changes!

Last night you wanted cajun boiled peanuts and a strawberry Icee
from the gas station by our house.
I'm okay with that because it was DELICIOUS!
Mommy also just ate too many pizza and parmasan Goldfish.
I am ALWAYS hungry these days.
You have a great Dad, he is always making sure I am feeding you
the right foods and that you are getting all of your vitamins.

To be honest, I think you are getting too many vitamins.
:)

Love,
Momma

Hello Love {17 Weeks and 3 Days}

My Dear Little Sweet Potato,

You may or may not be five inches long like Mommy's
app says you are but we will know soon because we
get to see you in exactly ONE week!
Do you know why that is exciting?
Because we get to find out what you are!!

Daddy and I haven't been able to "see" you in about 2 months
because we did not have an ultrasound at Mommy's last appointment.
However, we did get to hear your little heartbeat for the first time!
Your BPM was a whopping 163- which makes a
lot of people think you are a girl.

Here is who thinks what so far:

Mommy and Daddy think you are a boy.
"Aunt" Hannah and Leila think you are a girl.
Your Uncle Chase and Uncle Brett think you are a boy.
Aunt Melly and Lanie have their fingers and toes crossed for a girl.
Mame doesn't know what you are, she just can't wait to monogram something for you! :)
PawPaw thinks wants you to be a girl.
Aunt Amanda already calls you William.
KiKi & Nanny Anna think you are a boy if I remember correctly.
PopPop wants a girl but thinks you are a boy.
Honey calls you Willie and only buys you boy stuff.
Grams prays every night that you are "strong"- meaning she is praying for a boy.
MawMaw Bezet dreamed already dreamed that you are a girl.
Aunt Nickole says boy
MeMe Garidel votes Olivia. (I think she really wants to make you a girly blanket!)

So there you have it.
I think it is about 50/50.
Mommy doesn't care what you are I am just so thankful for you and I already love you very much.
Daddy will love you no matter what... as long as you promise to play sports.

We are so excited to be able to call you by your name!
Would you like to know what the options are?

If you are a boy:
William Leo Gravois - after your great grandfathers, Billy Hornsby and Hubert Leo Lincecum.
Also, your Daddy's middle name is Leo and your baby cousin, who is in heaven with your Pa,
is named Will.
So this name is very special.

If you are a girl:
Olivia Kate Gravois, because it is the only girl name your Daddy likes that I approve of and vice versa.
Don't worry, this name is very special too.

Your recent nicknames have been but are not limited to:

Willy Leo (PawPaw)
Willie (Honey and Mommy)
Willeo (Daddy)
Livy (Mommy)
Livy Kate (Daddy)
Livers (Mame)

...and mostly Baby G.

About a week ago Mommy felt you for the first time.
You feel like little bubbles!
I am looking forward to feeling you again, you are still a bit small
so it is only every once in a while that I get to.
No worries though, you are growing fast!
I know this because I can no longer zip any of my jeans!!

Here is how you Mommy looks right now:

I'm not sure I have any "cravings" but you like to eat grapefruits and tomato soup everyday!
You also love milk but Mommy had to stop drinking so much so she doesn't turn into a whale.
Sorry.
You will get plenty of that soon.

Well, I hope I haven't talked your very tiny developing ears off yet,
because you will need those one day.

Love,
Momma
